Retirement Announcement from Dr. Ayers

This spring marks the 35th birthday of my first "IVF Baby". I have enjoyed caring for your family and being a part of your fertility journey. I am writing to let you know that I am retiring from the practice of Reproductive Endocrinology. My last day with Gago Center for Fertility will be on April 21st, 2019. Dr. Gago will be very happy to continue to provide care for you. Soon, Gago Center for Fertility will also be adding a new physician to our practice that you may see as well.

Your medical records are confidential and will remain on file with Gago Center for Fertility. If you choose another physician within our practice, you do not need to take any action concerning your records. If you choose a physician outside of our clinic, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your medical records.

It has been a great pleasure meeting and caring for you all. I sincerely appreciate being apart of your fertility care team. I wish you continued good health and all the best in coming years.

Sincerely,

Dr. Jonathan Ayers
